As CEO of Dominion, Steve oversees all facets of the business, including development, management, construction activities, as well as general policy and direction. Mr. Hall is also founder of Empire Corporation of Tennessee, Dominion Development Group, and Dominion Management Group. Empire Construction (www.empireconstruction.com) is a general contractor specializing in multi-family construction and renovation and is licensed in 18 states. Empire has offices in Knoxville TN, and St. Petersburg, FL. Dominion Management Group is currently managing multi-family, commercial, and industrial properties in Tennessee and Florida on behalf of Dominion Development.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mark currently leads all of the acquisition and development activities for the company, including identifying and analyzing prospective acquisitions. Additionally, Mark handles all banking and investor relations for the company. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mark was a highly regarded real estate banker, both with his own firm and with multiple national banking institutions. Mark holds an MBA and a BS in Finance from The University of Tennessee.
